The contract between us
We must receive payment of the total price for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form by way of a confirmation invoice. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Orders for perishable items such as flowers cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions,capacities given about the goods and illustrations are approximate only.

Damage to your computer
Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Delivery Information
Your chosen product(s) will be delivered to the recipient address given within the timeframe of your choice. We cannot deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday or on any other Public Holiday applicable to the Island of Jersey.
All Flowers and goods delivered will be as described on the site complete with a personal message card and where applicable flower food, subject to our variance and substitution terms, To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect address details. If we are delivering to a company it is essential that the name of the company is added to the delivery address.

Variances and substitution
Bouquets may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we reserve the right to substitute blooms or any gift component as appropriate of equal value and quality. In the event that we are unable to supply any product or component thereof or any suitable substitutution, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full no later than 7 days after the intended date of delivery.

Complaints
In the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, complaints should be addressed in the first instance to: admin@flowerbox.je or in writing to the address below.

Conditions of sale
By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions contained herein or any other conditions appearing anywhere on the flowerbox.je website. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

Liability

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the Island of Jersey and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Jersey Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
