Same Day Delivery
To send flowers same day (Jersey only) orders must be received by no later than 1.00pm Mondays to Fridays and by 11.00am Saturday. Same day deliveries are not available on Sundays, Bank Holidays or on any Public Holiday applicable to the Island of Jersey

The following express conditions apply:

1.When ordering same day that flowerbox.je reserve the right to substitude any such flowers, accessories and components of gift and fruit baskets as shown in the illustrations on this website. Any substitution however will be of equal value and quality to those shown.
2. That such order(s) and delivery, cannot be guaranteed in circumstances of extreme weather, road closures or any such other circumstanceover which flowerbox.je has no control and/or;
3. That should delivery not be possible due to the absence of a signee at the address given at the time indicated, such items will be returned to shop and under these circumstances no refund for undeliverable items will be given.
4. Flowerbox do not accept any liablity whatsover for a failure to deliver to any address due to incorrect information provided by the customer in completing order details or for any consequence therefrom arising.

Standard Delivery
Provided that otherwise same day delivery does not apply, all orders will be delivered to the recipient address supplied next day or on the date and within the timepsan indicated subject to the same express conditions 1, 3 and 4 above.

Collected Sales
All deliveries will be made by companies own van save in circumstances where the customer indicates thay are to collect from our premises in person. No goods will however be provided without presenting the confirmation invoice sent to you on completion of your order to our sales team at the time of collection, nor will any refund apply in the event that customers fails to collect or attempts to collect outside following normal shop working hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00pm - 5.00pm
Closed: Sundays, Bank Holidays and on any Public Holiday applicable to the Island of Jersey
